The IFDA NY Chapter proudly celebrates its Rising Stars of Design through inspiring programs and prestigious awards that honor emerging talent in interior and product design. Today, we are excited to spotlight award-winning Avery Johnson as their star continues to ascend.

Join us this week at What's New What's Next 2026 at New York Design Center, where Avery will be launching Ruggle Up in collaboration with Lexington Home Brands NYDC.

Whether you’re a design professional, collector or simply appreciate beautiful interiors, the inaugural Designers’ Gilded Bazaar & Auction from the ASID NY Metro Chapter offers a unique opportunity to shop distinctive pieces, support the design community and network with industry leaders from across the region.


It’s on Tuesday, September 22 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at Lutron in the D&D Building, NYC.

Proceeds from this event support local chapter initiatives, including programming for the design community, emerging professionals and students. A portion of proceeds will also be donated to Coalition for the Homeless. Link to register in bio.
