They dig into how platforms shape the things we create, what it really means for our work to make an impact, and a fascinating question: Would social media feel different if we were rewarded for changing someone’s mind instead of winning an argument?

CitizenRacecar is looking for part-time podcast producer/coaches to teach students the fundamentals of audio storytelling and help them create their own podcasts through our Afterschool Podcasting program.

📍 NYC area
💰 $33/hour
⏰ 5–15 hours/week
📅 Starting immediately through December 2026, with potential for renewal

Ideal candidates have:
• Audio production + storytelling experience
• Experience working with children
• An easy commute to NYC
• Spanish fluency is a plus
