Perspective can change everything.
When life gets difficult, it is easy to focus on what is missing.
The opportunity you did not get.
The goal you have not reached.
The problem you cannot seem to solve.
But take a moment and look around.
There are things in your life today that a younger version of you once prayed for.
Things other people would gladly trade places to have.
Gratitude does not erase your problems.
It simply reminds you that one problem is not your entire life.
That reminder can be powerful.

Excuses feel good in the moment because they remove responsibility.

Every excuse is a vote for staying exactly where you are.

Bad days.
