after 100 days…

I lost only 5lbs - I’ve been really focused on body recomposition partially because I wanted to maintain muscle and lose fat so getting enough protein and doing a calorie deficit. it’s been really hard not getting on the zempy train or getting discouraged because the scale isn’t moving much but i feel stronger, I fit my clothes better, and my stamina has improved so much 🥹

everyone’s journey looks differently but I’m very proud of myself because now going to the gym doesn’t feel dreadful anymore. it feels like routine and it feels like the standard to start or end my day right 🙂‍↕️

aside from just the gym, I’ve picked up volleyball, ice skating, tennis, and pilates - I’ve found so much joy in moving my body and getting right for the summer ☀️
