Applications are open for the next cycle of the AICP Mentoring Program! This six-month program pairs aspiring production and post-production professionals with experienced AICP Members for one-on-one guidance to pinpoint and resolve core challenges that can best benefit from the Mentor’s experience.

Whether you're early in your career and looking for real-world insight, or an AICP Member ready to give back as a mentor, this is a meaningful way to invest in the future of our industry.

The deadline for interested mentees to apply is Friday, September 11th.

Calling all up-and-coming editors, sound designers, composers, and graphic artists 🎬

AICP's annual "Camp K" competition — is officially open for 2026 entries and our friends at LBBonline - Little Black Book have all the information at the link below.

Take an existing film and flip it into something entirely new: a trailer in a different genre, a freshly scored scene, a reimagined sound design, or an original title sequence.

📅 Deadline: September 18th
🏆 Winners announced at the AICP Awards in Chicago, November 19th

The 2026 AICP Awards Tour kicks off in LA on July 23rd at Universal Studios Lot! 🎬
Jimmy Smith (Chairman/CEO/CCO, Amusement Park Entertainment) opens the night with a conversation with an AI version of himself on craft, creativity, and AI — then joins Curators from this year's Show, Post, and Next Awards for a deeper look at the winning work and the state of the industry.
