MetLife’s 2026 Structured Installment Sales Poll highlights 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 among real estate professionals and a clear need for practical education and guidance.

The findings show that 94% believe understanding the tax implications of a high-value sale is important, while 80% see Structured Installment Sales as relevant for at least some clients.
