🚧 DRIVEWAY REFRESH + PROPER DRAINAGE 🚧

Sometimes you don’t need new material—you just need to make the material you already have work the way it’s supposed to. 💪

This long, winding driveway up in the hills of Fairbanks was originally built with great material, but years of traffic and water runoff had taken their toll. Ruts had developed, drainage wasn’t flowing properly, and the driveway needed some attention.

For this project, AutoScott Services:

🔹 Cleaned out the existing ditches to get water moving where it belongs
🔹 Pulled the existing driveway material back toward the center
🔹 Used the power rake to grind up and rework the existing material
🔹 Re-graded the entire driveway to establish proper drainage and water runoff
🔹 Compacted everything down so the material stays where it belongs

And the best part?

👉 NO NEW MATERIAL WAS BROUGHT IN.

We were able to take what was already there, rework it, reshape it, and give this driveway a fresh start—while correcting the drainage issues that caused the problems in the first place.

A driveway isn’t just about making it look smooth. Proper grading and drainage are what help it stay that way.
