Applications for this year's Startup World Cup Oklahoma are open, but not for long!

Ten finalists will take the stage in Tulsa on September 24, competing for a shot to advance to the Grand Finale in San Francisco this November. At the Grand Finale, regional winners will pitch for a $1 million investment prize in front of accredited investors and prominent Silicon Valley figures.

Meet PillSafe: an Oklahoma company on a mission to fix medication adherence in America.

Their smart pill bottle dispenses medication only as prescribed, tracks whether doses are taken, and triggers an AI-powered response when they're missed. When PillSafe needed to sharpen their investor story, i2E worked with the team to identify their inflection point, the milestone that justifies a valuation jump, and build a capital raise around it.

The result: a $2.5M seed round funding PillSafe's path to FDA clearance, with the company, its jobs, and its capital staying in Oklahoma.

Proud to celebrate a major milestone from Progentec Diagnostics.

Progentec's peer-reviewed research, published in Lupus Science & Medicine, introduces the Lupus Classification Risk Immune Index (L-CRI), a composite blood test score that can identify individuals at risk of developing lupus months to years before clinical diagnosis.

This breakthrough is paired with an OCAST Industry Innovation Grant to advance commercialization, a perfect example of Oklahoma innovation moving from early-stage science to real-world impact.
