Join the Women’s Empowerment Center for our LinkedIn 101 Workshop, created to help women entrepreneurs build confidence, increase visibility, and learn how to use LinkedIn as a tool for growth.

Whether you are starting from scratch or have a profile that needs a refresh, we will walk through the basics of creating a strong LinkedIn presence, showcasing your story, connecting with the right people, and making your profile stand out.

The Women’s Empowerment Center is dedicated to providing resources, education, and community for women in business. This workshop is part of our ongoing monthly series held every third Friday, designed to bring you practical tools and opportunities to help you grow.

Our furniture revival workshop is happening tonight! We’ve emailed everyone that was interested and with the amount of responses we got back we have room for two more! Taking food donations for the workshop. Looking for boxes of fruit snacks, protein bars, peanut butter, juice packs etc so we can get our Skoolie bags of hope started in Thurston County!! Thank you to our amazing sponsors for the evening! Sherwin-Williams for supplies, Skoolie Thrift Store for the space and Skoolie foundation for our amazing instructor that will be leading you through today’s workshop! 6pm-9pm first Tuesday of every month. Furniture Revival Workshop

Join us for a hands-on Furniture Revival Workshop where you'll learn practical furniture restoration and refinishing skills from an experienced master craftsman. Whether you're a beginner or looking to expand your DIY knowledge, this workshop will teach you the techniques needed to transform old furniture into beautiful, functional pieces.

During the workshop, participants will receive instruction and hands-on experience in:

• Proper sanding techniques
• Priming and painting furniture
• Staining and finishing wood surfaces
• Hardware removal, replacement, and installation
• Surface preparation and repair basics
• Furniture restoration best practices

Workshop Entry Requirement:
To participate, please bring a donation of one or more of the following items:

• Protein bars
• Fruit snacks
• Bottled water
• Juice boxes or juice pouches
• Peanut butter

These donations help support community outreach efforts and provide resources to individuals and families in need.

Registration Required
Please complete the registration form so we can plan accordingly, prepare enough materials, and ensure adequate workspace and supplies for all participants.
