Night Shift reduces the amount of blue light your screen emits and gives your eyes a break in the evening. While it won't magically make you put your phone down, it can make nighttime screen use easier on your eyes and help create a more relaxing bedtime routine.
Small habits can make a big difference when it comes to better rest!
(iPhone users: Click on the Brightness slider in the Control Center to access)
(Android users: Go to Settings > Display > Night Light, Eye Comfort Shield, or Bedtime Mode)
