We’re proud to congratulate Claire Drew on graduating from Dale Carnegie Training. Throughout the program, Claire demonstrated tremendous growth in leadership, communication, and professional development, and we’re excited to see her continue bringing those skills to our growing team.

Starting with just one pickup truck, Rob Kornahrens grew Advanced Roofing into the largest commercial roofing company in Florida while also building Advanced Green Technologies, Advanced Air Systems, and Thermal Energy HQ into successful and innovative organizations.
Earlier this year, Advanced Roofing completed its transition to an ESOP,  a reflection of Rob’s long-standing commitment to preserving the company culture that helped build the business and giving back to the employees who have been part of that journey from the beginning.
