Ben is always ready to answer the call whenever we need him. His dedication, reliability, and work ethic never go unnoticed. He consistently puts the team first, steps up when it matters most, and is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

As our Design Technician & Fabrication Specialist, Ben plays a key role in bringing our projects to life. Pictured here on one of our job sites alongside our 700-gallon tank, he’s doing what he does best—making it happen.

What a week at the 2026 ASHRAE Annual Conference in Austin, TX!

Our President, Garth Schultz, had the opportunity to speak on “New Entrants to the Thermal Storage Market to Utilize Investment Tax Credits.” It was incredible to see a packed room and share how Thermal Energy HQ is helping shape the future of thermal energy storage.

It was an inspiring event filled with meaningful conversations, innovative ideas, and valuable connections. We’re grateful for the chance to network with so many people doing great things to advance energy efficiency and electrification throughout the state.
