I created a space called The Release Room, a series of mastermind workshops designed to provide a safe haven for real conversations, guided reflections, and supported coaching.

We just wrapped up our very first series focused on 2026/2027 vision and goals. To keep the energy intimate, I held three identical sessions, and last night was the final one of the round. The synergy was absolutely electric! Between the three workshops, I hosted 26 exceptional humans.

This series has already led to future collaborations, forged partnerships, new friendships, deep networking, and continued coaching relationships.

I am incredibly grateful for everyone who showed up, allowed themselves to step into something new, stayed vulnerable, and trusted the process. We all win when we show up authentic.

Look, when we see someone winning, we rarely think about everything they had to give up to get there. Success doesn't look the same for everyone, but one thing we all have in common is that the journey is tough.

People see the action, the smiles, and the highlights. They don't see the behind-the-scenes, the late nights, the risks, the failures, and the raw discipline.

It’s hard to go after what you want. But you know what’s even harder? Looking back and regretting that you didn’t.

For me, life is all about leading with service, and surrounding myself with people who do the exact same. Yesterday, I got to catch up with someone who truly walks the walk, not just talks the talk.

Dar is not only a fantastic colleague but a truly great friend. He’s the kind of guy who is always in my corner, rooting me on and looking out for me. Everyone needs a friend like Dar in their professional and personal life!
