Let's hear it for Mobility Worldwide's new mugs celebrating 15 years of serving! 👏👏👏

Millions of people in this world are in desperate need of mobility because of landmines, polio and other diseases, birth defects, and amputations. It is a life-changing event to go from dragging oneself in the dirt and mud to having three wheels to go wherever one wants to go! Mobility Carts are sturdy hand-cranked vehicles given freely to those in need. Nearly 100,000 Mobility Carts have been distributed worldwide!!!

We’re proud to celebrate the legacy of Joan Kuyper Farver, who has been named a 2026 Women of Achievement honoree through Women Lead Change.

Joan was a leader at Pella Corporation during a pivotal period of growth, serving as Chair of the Board from 1981 to 1995. But her impact was about much more than business. She was known for her genuine care for people, regularly visiting our facilities, connecting personally with team members and leading with integrity and generosity.

Her commitment to community extended across Iowa through her support of education, family services, public television and numerous community organizations.

Today, Joan's legacy continues through the Joan Kuyper Farver Spirit Award, which recognizes Pella team members who carry forward her spirit of caring leadership and community service.

We’re proud to see Joan recognized among the 2026 Women of Achievement and grateful for the lasting example she left for generations to come.
