Trying to grow a business but apparently being on camera is part of the job description now. 😂💀

I signed up to deliver bounce houses, not become a content creator 😭

Not every delivery goes according to plan. 😂🛞

Running a bounce house business isn’t always sunshine, happy customers, and perfect setups.

Sometimes it’s long days, unexpected expenses, and a trailer tire deciding it’s had enough. 💀

Just another reminder that there’s a whole lot that happens behind the scenes before the fun reaches your backyard.

The show goes on! 💪🎉. Thank you to discount_tire for always coming to our rescue.

3 things I wish I knew before starting a bounce house business. 👇

1️⃣ Invest in the RIGHT equipment.
2️⃣ Build systems and processes before you need them.
3️⃣ Understand your numbers. Revenue doesn’t always mean profit.

There’s a lot more to running a bounce house business than setting up bounce houses and I wish we would’ve known then what we know now.

If you’re thinking about starting a business, hopefully this helps.
