FROZEN WATER - We've gotten a lot of rain recently with little consequence but yesterday that rain turned to golf ball sized hail and really made a mess. In a matter of 15 minutes the micro-burst came through I-17 and Peoria, hit our shop and turned the area into a war zone. All our CSR's had hail damage in addition to tree limbs coming down on their cars breaking headlights, mirrors and moldings. Thankfully, no one was hurt and Best Glass will be replacing their broken glass post-haste. If you were in the area and need help with broken glass, give us a call.

In our latest article, Bob explains what really determines the price of custom shower glass, where you may be able to save, and what to consider when setting your budget.

Ever wonder what goes into replacing a windshield on a Rivian R1T?
It’s a lot more than removing the old glass and installing a new windshield.
In this video, we take you through the complete Rivian R1T windshield replacement process—from inspecting and protecting the vehicle to removing the damaged windshield, preparing the surface, installing the new glass and completing the required ADAS calibration.
You’ll see all 11 steps:
1. Vehicle Inspection
2. Protect the Vehicle
3. Remove Trim & Wipers
4. Remove the Windshield
5. Prepare the Surface
6. Prime the Glass
7. Apply Urethane
8. Install the New Windshield
9. Reinstall Components
10. ADAS Calibration
11. Final Inspection
Modern vehicles like the Rivian R1T rely on cameras and advanced safety technology, which means the job isn’t necessarily finished when the new windshield goes in.

And every windshield replacement from Best Glass includes FREE windshield chip repairs for one full year. If you pick up a repairable chip, we can take care of it before it has a chance to spread into another cracked windshield.
