Our team leaders were in Miami for AlphaGraphics Gold Circle, spending time with top-performing centers talking through what’s working, what’s next, and where things are headed.
One of the biggest takeaways came from being inside the Hard Rock Stadium during the transition from the Miami Open to Formula 1.
We’re not new to installs or behind-the-scenes work. We live in that world.
But this was a different scale.
Watching an entire environment get taken down, rebuilt, and reimagined, while the next event is already in motion, puts a different lens on what large-scale production really requires.
And with the World Cup ahead, it only gets more complex.
That kind of exposure sharpens how we approach our own projects. Not just the end result, but everything it takes to get there.
