Most home care agencies don't fail because they can't get referrals.

They fail because they don't recognize the bottleneck that's quietly limiting their growth.

I've seen agencies generate more leads.
Hire more caregivers.
Spend more on marketing.
And still stay stuck at the exact same census month after month.

One pattern shows up repeatedly:

Many agencies hit a wall around 1,000 hours, 3,000 hours, 5,000 hours, or another major growth milestone and assume they need more clients.

Often, that's not the real problem.

The actual issue may be:
• Overdependence on a few referral sources
• Caregiver recruitment that can't keep up with demand
• Scheduling inefficiencies
• Leadership capacity limitations
