Cabin fever is ending! We will be starting our Thursday routes soon. Please keep your carts out because we are hours behind already and it will be a very slow process. We may be finishing Thursday into Friday and Friday into Saturday. If you do not have a good place to turn around at the end of your county road or steep inclines your trash may have to wait until next week. As of last night we wouldn’t have been able to go down some of those roads. Thank you for your support as we work to get all the routes caught up over the rest of this week and next week as well.

The landfill is closed today so unfortunately we aren’t able to run Wednesday routes either. With it getting up to almost 50 today I have a strong suspicion that things will be back to normal tomorrow. Just like Monday and Tuesday, we won’t have time to catch up on the Wednesday route so it will be next week when you get pick up.

We are planning on running Wednesday routes tomorrow. We have strong reservations the landfill will open back up, but if it does we will run the routes we can. Our drivers must be able to safely walk to the carts and retrieve them from the frozen ground. I assure you that we will do our very best. With this being said, we will be getting started hours later than normal, so please be patient the next few days. We are officially past the point of being able to 'catch up' on missed routes due to time constraints. Monday and Tuesday routes this week will be picked up next week. We are aware that you will have two weeks worth of trash. You may use any receptacle (tub, tote, etc...) for your overflow. Thank you all for your well wishes and understanding. We appreciate you!

Due to inclement weather, and the safety of our drivers, routes may not be able to be completed this Monday 1/26 and/or Tuesday 1/27. Major highways and some FM roads may be passable, but county roads may not be and the sides of the roads may be icy and too unstable for us to retrieve the carts. If the landfill closes, we will be unable to complete our routes. Please leave carts available for pickup through Saturday and we will absolutely do our best to run the routes. Missed pickups due to acts of nature will not be able to be completed past Saturday. Pick up will resume the following week.

We wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas & Joyful New Year! Don't forget that we run all holidays unless you are notified ahead of time on your cart lids. As always please have your carts out the night before, because our drivers could run exceptionally early. They choose to work the holidays, but would like to get home as quickly as possible to their family's to enjoy them. We also hire extra help for them to speed up the process. The office will be closed the following days.

Please do not put live ammo in your trash. We have recently had a hole blown through one of the trash trucks due to the extreme pressure of the compactor. Please call for proper disposal methods.

With the extreme heat expected next week, our team will be starting all routes earlier than normal. Please remember to put your trash out the night before to guarantee service, since some of our trucks will be leaving promptly at midnight to begin collection.

Your drivers worked all weekend, and they are still working on a few of the routes from last week. They will not stop until they get it all picked up. This will throw this weeks schedule off as well. We appreciate your patience.

All of your drivers except one have the flu. We have hired other drivers, but they are unfamiliar with the routes so it has been a very slow go. They are working around the clock to get to you. Thank you for your patience.

Due to inclement weather, and the safety of our drivers, routes may not be able to be completed this Thursday 1/09 and/or Friday 1/10. Major highways, and some FM roads may be passable, but county roads may not be and the sides of the roads may be icy and too unstable for us to retrieve the carts. If the landfill closes, we will be unable to complete our routes. Please leave carts available for pickup, through Saturday and we will absolutely do our best to run the routes. Missed pickups due to acts of nature will not be able to be completed past Saturday, therefore, pick up will resume the following week on your scheduled day. If this happens the driver will be expecting two weeks’ worth of trash. You may use any container you have for the extra. We appreciate your understanding.

Due to landfill closures for the holiday one of our routes is running behind. Please leave carts available until they are all picked up. Your drivers will not stop until all the trash has been picked up.

We are devastated and saddened to announce that a we lost a member of our Trashy Business family late last week. Jeff will be missed more than we can say and we understand his customers feel the same. Please honor him by respecting his family and their privacy during this difficult time. Bare with us as we make adjustments to this sudden loss.
