Women’s History Month is a reminder to pause and honor the women whose strength, leadership, and vision have shaped the world we live in. For the MRC team, that reflection starts close to home.
In 2008, our Founder and President, Sheri Chaney Jones, took a leap and built MRC from the ground up to help nonprofit and government agencies measure their impact and excellence.
Today, we’re proud to still be women‑owned and women‑led. Sheri continues to guide MRC as President, shaping our mission and vision every day. This year, we welcomed Christy Farnbauch as our CEO, working alongside Sheri to advance that vision. Christy brings a fresh perspective and a deep respect for the foundation Sheri built, and together their leadership is helping us grow in new ways while staying true to who we are at our core.
And then there’s our team — a group of thinkers, problem‑solvers, organizers, creatives, and powerhouses who show up every single day and make MRC what it is. They carry our values into every project, every conversation, and every client relationship.
Our clients are a huge part of this story too. Many of them are led by women working to create change in their communities. Their missions inspire us, challenge us, and remind us why this work matters. Supporting their impact is one of the greatest honors of what we do.
So, this month, we’re celebrating the women who built this company, the women who lead it, the women who bring it to life every day, and the women we’re privileged to serve and support through our work. We’re proud to stand alongside the many female leaders we support as they write their stories too. 👭 ✨
