GO-HR is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in HR, recruiting, client support, research, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, curious, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll support areas such as:
✅ Recruiting and candidate coordination
✅ Job postings and interview scheduling
✅ HR audits and client reports
✅ HR document creation and file organization
✅ Research on HR and employment-related topics
✅ Client and team support

We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of HR or HR-related experience or advanced education in HR. A degree in HR or a related field is preferred (even if you are still in school), and an interest in small business is a plus!

📍 Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours may vary
💼 Work Environment: On-site during training, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after approximately 90 days
🚗 Travel: Occasional client site travel may be needed
