Next week, TDA officially enters a new chapter as I relocate to Charlotte, NC.

But Raleigh isn’t going anywhere. We’ll continue building in both markets while expanding our network into Atlanta and beyond.

Your portfolio isn’t just a collection of your favorite photos—it’s your visual résumé.

One of the biggest mistakes aspiring models make is building a portfolio filled with random photoshoots instead of images that reflect the work they actually want to book.

If your goal is commercial modeling, your portfolio should show you can sell a lifestyle. If your goal is editorial, it should showcase creativity, expression, and fashion. Every image should have a purpose.

Before your next photoshoot, ask yourself:
“Is this helping me attract the clients and opportunities I want?”

Remember, clients aren’t looking for the prettiest photo—they’re looking for someone who fits their brand.
