We’re kicking off our first event of the year! 🍪✨

We’re starting off the season with our original stand, Emma’s Cookie Kitchen at while still carrying the heart of Kora & Mila’s Cookie Dough with us — a full circle moment that reminds us where it all began and how far we’ve come.

Emma’s Cookie Kitchen started 19 seasons ago as a business plan I created during my senior year entrepreneurship class in high school. What began as an idea to sell the family recipe of cookies, cookie dough, and ice cream quickly turned into something real when my mom and I decided to bring it to life!!

The name “Emma’s” is extra special to us — the E stands for me (Erica), the M for my Mom, and the MA for my grandma, who we lovingly called “G-Ma” or just “Ma.” Together, we created a family name that meant everything to us. 💛💛💛

As the years went on and my husband joined in, we expanded the business. It felt only right to grow in a way that honored both where we came from and where we’re going. That’s how Kora & Mila’s Cookie Dough was born — named after our daughters and the next generation of our family.

Now we have three stands and travel all over — sometimes with Emma’s, sometimes with Kora & Mila’s, and sometimes all three at once!

We’re so excited to be back at it and can’t wait to see everyone out there. Come say hi whether it be at or and grab something sweet! 💕🍪

🦃💛🍁 Thanksgiving may have passed, but our
gratitude is still overflowing!

As we settle into the holiday season, we’ve been reflecting on how incredibly thankful we are for each and every one of you. Your continued support, your kindness, and your loyal patronage mean so much to us!

🎄💚 We’re getting into the holiday spirit over here at Kora & Mila’s! 💚🎄
This year we decorated our tree in a wonderfully playful Grinch theme — bright, silly, and full of fun (just like us! 😆).

And in true carnival style, when the star on top kept wobbling and trying to escape, we used one of our most trusted tools of the trade to save the day…

During the off-season, when the cookie dough mixers are quiet and the concession stands are packed away, we get a chance to slow down a little bit and enjoy a family homemade pizza night 🍕💛

We spent the weekend at a local craft fair — not selling cookie dough this time 🍪, but helping our daughter’s troop run concessions as a fundraiser! 🍔🌭As a co-leader, it was such a joy to see the girls learn, serve the community, and have fun working together. 💖✨💫

🌙 Our Last Night on the Road 🌙

As we wrap up our final night on the road in the RV and head home, our hearts are so full. 💛 It’s been an amazing summer serving you all across the country — sharing our love for cookie dough and being a small part of your fair memories. We truly love what we do, and take so much pride in bringing smiles (and Dough-Licious sweets!) to your fair experience!! 🍪✨

This journey has been amazing, our kiddos have been with us all summer long — growing up on the fairgrounds, learning the ropes, and sharing in the joy of what we do. But it doesn’t come without sacrifice, they came off the road to head back to school and my husband has been away from our kiddos Kora & Mila for 7 weeks, and myself (mom) for 2½ — and that’s never easy. ❤️ we couldn’t have made it through without Grandma and my husband — our rocks. They’ve helped every step of the way, both on the road and with the kids, so I could help finish out the season. Their love and support means the world!

This business also comes with so much purpose, pride, and so much love. 💖💖💖

Thank you for an unforgettable season — for every visit, every smile, every tag, and every kind word. We love serving you all! Until next year, fair friends — we’re headed home! 🏡💫

Just a couple more hours of to finish out this great run! Waving to ya’ll with and !! A heart full THANK YOU to you all!! 💖 We make everything from scratch and our motto from the beginning has been to pack love into every bite just like grandma used to do!!
