Administrative Sales Assistant
Position Summary:
Provide any necessary support to the Sales and Office team, with a focus on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Primary responsibility is assisting Outside Sales Reps with research, preparing presentation and quotes for customers and general customer service.
Job Responsibilities:

· Track open orders with vendors and work with Sales Representatives & Office Manager to ensure all client orders are completed correctly and on time.
· Work closely with and manage vendors and vendor reps.
· Work with Vendor Reps to negotiate best pricing, turn times, and manage jobs.
· Manage Sales email inbox, distributing special offers to sales team and respond to customer inquiries.
· Greet and consult with any walk-in customers.
· Assist new customers before they are assigned a Sales Representative.
· Answer phones, greeting every customer in a friendly and polite manner.
· Maintain and keep organized all sales materials such as catalogs, flyers, forms, and job paperwork.
· Consult with clients when Sales Representatives are not available regarding open orders, past orders and future client needs.
· Order, process, and return merchandise samples from vendors.
· Research and identify sales items for clients based on requests from Sales Representative(s).
· Enter overflow sales orders from Sales Representative, ensuring all information is 100% accurate
· Manage client Company Store websites and merchandise as well as process web orders placed through company stores.
· Make weekly follow up calls to customers.
· All other duties as needed or required.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent education.
· 1+ year of related experience, prior office support, sales or customer service experience preferred.
· For new hires, must meet all Stec Companies employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check.
· Proficient with computers and Microsoft office suite.
Essential Functions:
