Generational Care

Generational Care Over 50 years we have supported every generation with dignity, compassion, and care. Our work comes to life through three core programs. It is not about us.

Generational Care, formerly Senior Life Resources Northwest, connects Health, Home and Heart through Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, Home Care Services, and Healthy Ages. Generational Care | Connecting Health, Home and Heart

At Generational Care, formerly Senior Life Resources Northwest, everything begins with care that reaches across generations. For more than fifty years we have walked beside ind

ividuals, families, and communities throughout Southeastern Washington and into Nez Perce County, offering comfort, independence, and hope through every season of life. Our mission is to preserve and enhance quality of life for every generation with dignity and care. We live this mission every day through nourishment that strengthens well-being, steady hands that help people remain safe at home, and trusted guidance that supports confident health decisions. Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals, friendly visits, and wellness checks that fight hunger and isolation. Home Care Services offers trusted in-home support that helps people live safely and independently with dignity. Healthy Ages connects individuals and caregivers with information, resources, and activities that encourage lifelong wellness and community connection. It is about the people we serve. Every meal, visit, and conversation begins with that belief. When people feel seen, valued, and supported, their lives change. We are honored to walk with them through moments of need and moments of joy, guided by compassion that connects one generation to the next. Generational Care is senior focused, not senior exclusive. While our history began with older adults, our reach extends to caregivers, families, and neighbors of all ages because compassion knows no age limit. Built on a legacy of service, humility, and connection, we continue the work started by founders, volunteers, caregivers, and partners who believed that care should always be personal. Together, we bring Health, Home and Heart to everyone we reach.

Generational Care is seeking our next Executive Director.

For decades, Generational Care (Formerly Senior Life Resources) has been dedicated to helping people live with dignity, independence, and connection. Thanks to the vision and leadership of those who have come before us, our organization has grown into a trusted resource serving communities throughout Southeast and South Central Washington. We now offer three primary programs: Home Care Services. Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, and Healthy Ages

As we look toward the future, we are seeking a servant-hearted leader to build upon that strong foundation. Our next Executive Director will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for an organization united by a shared commitment "to preserve and enhance the quality of life for every generation, with dignity and care".

This is an opportunity to honor a legacy of care while helping shape the next chapter of impact for the communities we serve.

Hope on a Plate STARTS NOW 🎉

What is Hope on a Plate?
Every plate you see represents something real...a meal shared, a moment of connection, and a voice from one of OUR clients.

Each message comes directly from a senior in Benton and Franklin Counties, written in their own words, made possible by a meal provided through your support. Some are heartfelt. Some are joyful. All are powerful reminders that a simple meal can mean so much more.

This year, there is an increase in plates needing to be filled... however there is a unique opportunity that comes with that this year...

Cornerstone Wealth Strategies is doubling your investment in our community.
Every donation will be matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000 May-June.

That means your gift doesn’t just provide one meal...it doubles the impact.
Because the greatest investment we make is in each other.

Help us fill every plate with hope. ❤️
