This customer noticed a burning smell coming from their dryer and when we opened it up, we found heavy lint buildup that had caused a small lint fire.

Thankfully, it was caught before it became a much bigger problem!

Dryer lint doesn’t just affect performance, it can become a serious fire hazard when it accumulates inside the machine or vent system.

If you notice a burning smell, excessive heat, or your dryer taking longer than usual to dry clothes, stop using it and have it inspected.

This commercial oven was having trouble staying up and running, and our diagnosis led us to the flame sensor.

The flame sensor plays an important role in confirming that a flame is present. When it isn’t working properly, the equipment may have trouble igniting or staying lit.

This newer Samsung gas dryer was tumbling normally but wasn’t producing heat.

After troubleshooting the unit, we replaced the igniter and the thermal cutout on the exhaust side and got the heat working again.

And check out all that lint inside the dryer!
Your lint screen catches a lot, but it doesn’t catch everything. Over time, lint can make its way inside the cabinet and exhaust system.

HOUSEHOLD REMINDER: Clean Your Dishwasher Filter!

When was the last time you cleaned the filter at the bottom of your dishwasher? 😬

Food particles, grease, and buildup can collect there over time, contributing to odors, poor drainage, and dishes that don’t come out as clean as they should.

Quick maintenance: Remove and rinse your dishwasher filter every 1–3 months (or according to your manufacturer’s instructions).

This food truck had a fryer that would fire up, then lose heat when the pilot went out. We tracked the problem down to a loose pilot tube and a worn thermopile.

After tightening the pilot tube and replacing the thermopile, the fryer was back up and running!

This Miele dishwasher was displaying an F24 error code. After diagnosing the unit, we found a faulty heater pressure switch along with an issue with the heater relay.

Both components are part of the dishwasher’s heating system and needed to be replaced to correct the issue.

Ice machine not making ice? This commercial unit was over-freezing on the evaporator and had stopped producing ice.

Testing revealed the ice thickness probe wasn’t sending the correct signal. We replaced the faulty probe, adjusted the ice thickness to the proper setting, and got the machine producing ice again!
