Manchester Industries was founded in 1978 in Richmond Virginia as a recycled paperboard mill. Our first sheeter was purchased in 1981 and the future direction of the company was determined. Since that time Manchester has grown to become one of the leading converting facilities in the country with five shipping locations from coast to coast. With fourteen precision sheeters, three slitter rewinders

, five guillotines, and four carton packing lines we have the capacity to produce over 170,000 tons of finished product for the marketplace. We maintain an average daily inventory of over 16,000 tons to meet the demands of our customers providing 'Just in Time' service for your sheeting needs. Five Strategic Locations:

Manchester Industries stepped up to support our local community in Hagerstown. Last week, Central Indiana received 11-15 inches of rain, causing severe flooding for many residents and businesses. We’re proud that many of our employees and their families came together to provide lunch to over 200 displaced people in need, as well as relief workers. A donation center was also set up to collect cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items, food, and more. This “Mighty Small Town” has united in this difficult time to make a difference for our neighbors in need.

On Earth Day, Manchester Industries hosted a Paperboard Packaging Council TICCIT event (Trees into Cartons, Cartons into Trees) at The Museum School of Avondale Estates near Atlanta, GA. Brigitte O’Connor, Account Manager, enjoyed teaching the students about the value of paperboard packaging, trees, and recycling. Every student planted a tree sapling to take home, and we also planted a tree in the forest behind the school. Manchester is thankful for the chance to make a lasting difference.
