SEASONAL TEMPEH SALAD — this week's cold deli.
Roasted chickpea tempeh, blistered shish*tos, shiso, grilled corn, Korean honeydew, rosé vinegar (the wine, not the flower), sumac, Korean chili, coconut aminos.
Sweet, sour, funky, a slow heat at the back. Cold, bright, a little wild — basically summer in a container.
