GPI provided engineering design services for the new Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll office in Washington, DC. Spanning an entire floor, the 42,000 SF fit-out included design for more than 80 offices, a moot courtroom, conference spaces, collaboration hubs, wellness areas, and employee-focused amenities that support today's hybrid workplace.

A wonderful addition to our diverse law firm portfolio, we are proud to have supported this beautiful space!

GPI provided engineering design services for the 10,000 SF renovation of Treesdale Golf & Country Club in Gibsonia, PA.

Building on our previous work at the club, the renovation transformed key member amenities with a new fitness center, simulator suite, pro shop, event spaces, coffee bar, and custom, environmentally controlled wine racks. We're proud to have played a role in bringing the vision of this major remodel to life!

Construction is underway on the renovation and expansion of the Frederick County Animal Control facility. The project includes upgrades to the existing shelter and a new addition that will expand animal care, education, and kennel spaces.

We're excited to see this enhanced facility take shape and support Frederick County's growing needs. GPI's Bridget recently stopped by the site to hang our GPI sign and check in on the project's progress.

GPI provided engineering design services for Accenture Federal Services for The Forge, an award-winning immersive, hands-on innovation environment where federal leaders come together to explore, test, and scale advanced technologies in real time.

This project continues GPI’s long-standing relationship with the client, including a full-floor design at this same location in 2019.

The 33,000 SF phased renovation was designed to support evolving operational, technology, and collaboration needs. The Forge brings together flexible, high-performance spaces including AI studios, immersion and experience labs, a large Rumble Room, and collaboration hubs, creating an environment built for experimentation, learning, and problem-solving.
