A standout example: Elle at 1111 20th Street, the former Peace Corps headquarters transformed into a multi-award-winning, LEED Silver residential building. GPI provided engineering design to navigate the complexities of repositioning office space into high-performing living environments. We are also looking forward to our conversion project at 1125 15th Street as it nears construction completion.

GPI provided engineering design services for CliftonLarsonAllen’s 18,500 SF twelfth floor penthouse office in Arlington, VA. The double height space required a unique mechanical approach, with coordinated HVAC layouts across multiple ceiling levels to support perimeter glazing while maintaining aesthetics. Our integrated system coordination ensured performance without compromising the design vision.
