Call 1 800 333 2861 to report a claim.
🌐 Online or Through the American National App:
Claims can also be submitted online or via the mobile app.

Additional Support
• A vendor is available 24/7 to take new claim reports and escalate property claims when needed.
• Members of the catastrophe team will also be available to assist during periods of high call volume.
• An adjuster will be available over the weekend for claims, with office hours from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Time.
• For escalated calls or emergency services, an after hours response team is available around the clock.
