Next Monday

Next Monday We began as a movement for women leaders—and today, we partner with organizations to evolve the teams and systems that surround them.

With expertise in HR, org design, communications, and culture, we align talent with strategy. We started as a movement for women leaders—because leadership doesn’t wait for permission. It begins with empathy, purpose, and grit. But growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum. That’s why we also work with leadership teams and organizations to ensure the systems around leaders evolve too. With expertise in HR

, organizational design, communications, and culture, we help align talent with strategy—so leaders and teams grow together.

What do you do when life asks you to make a hard pivot, and you didn't see it coming?

For Jen Matzke, the answer wasn't to wait until she felt ready. It was to say yes anyway, and figure the rest out along the way.

Shaped by caregiving, loss, and a reinvention she didn't plan but wouldn't trade, Jen has learned that the most meaningful growth rarely happens on your own timeline. It happens in the hard, unexpected moments when you're forced to meet yourself all over again and choose to keep going.

Her message is one every woman in the room will feel in her heart.

Jen is taking the main stage at the 2026 Women of Influence Summit, and we can't wait for you to hear her story.

The world gives us standards to chase.

More accomplishments.
More money.
More titles.
More followers.

But measuring yourself against everyone else is a fast track to burnout and self-doubt.

Your life isn't meant to be a competition.

The real work is staying connected to what matters most to you and taking one step toward it each day.

Your purpose has its own pace.
Your growth has its own timeline.
Trust it.

We love supporting you on your journey.

From a competitive path to the Culinary Institute of America, to opening a restaurant just before the world shut down, to landing on The New York Times' list of the top 22 bakeries in the U.S. — Erin Mackbee has built something extraordinary in St. Joseph, Minnesota.

But her story isn't just about food. It's about the courage to follow a calling that doesn't come with guarantees. To keep building when the timing is anything but ideal. To stop shrinking, hiding, or apologizing for who you are.

Erin is bringing that story to the mainstage at the 2026 Women of Influence Summit, and her talk, "Wild Heart, Unashamed," is one you won't want to miss.

To the women showing up with courage every day:

The bravery you carry isn't always loud.

Sometimes it looks like making a difficult decision. Speaking up when your voice shakes. Starting over. Setting boundaries. Leading through uncertainty. Choosing to keep going when no one sees how hard it feels.

If you're navigating challenges, carrying responsibilities, supporting others, building something meaningful, or simply taking the next step forward, you deserve to know this:

You are doing better than you think.

Your strength isn't measured by perfection. It's measured by your willingness to keep showing up, learning, growing, and leading with heart, even when the path ahead isn't clear.

We see you balancing careers, families, relationships, dreams, setbacks, responsibilities, and all the beautiful, messy realities of life. We see the bravery it takes to lead through it all.

That's why this year's Women of Influence Summit theme is Brave Anyway—a celebration of the courage already present in your everyday life and leadership. Together, we'll explore what it means to lead with clarity, confidence, and heart, while connecting with other women who understand the challenges and possibilities of showing up fully in every season.

Join us September 17 and spend the day surrounded by women who are choosing to move forward, grow, and lead—Brave Anyway. 💜

Individual ticket prices increase July 1.

Everybody, put your hands together for the 2026 Accelerate graduates! 👏👏👏
(And keep clapping, because we have a LOT to celebrate.)

Over the past six months, these women showed up fully — investing their time, their energy, and their whole selves. They supported one another through the hard stuff and cheered each other through the breakthroughs. They had brave conversations. They earned promotions and new titles. And most importantly, they walked away with renewed strength and unshakeable confidence in their ability to rise.

That's what Accelerate is all about. And cohort four? You absolutely delivered.

You are forever part of the Next Monday community, and we'll be cheering you on every step of the way.

Remember, good things happen to you when they happen through you.

If you know them, tag them or reach out with a BIG cheer of congratulations!

Ready to start your own journey? Our next Accelerate cohort runs January through June 2027 -- and it will change you.

MAINSTAGE SPEAKER REVEAL: Women of Influence Summit 2026

We're thrilled to introduce the women taking the stage this year, and they're here to show us what Brave Anyway looks like.

Meet Melody, Jen, and Erin.

💜 Melody Vachal — Co-Owner & Director of Arise Cares, Speaker, Author, Caregiver Advocate; Melody's message is simple and powerful: capability grows through action. She'll challenge you to stop letting others define your story, trade comparison for courage, and say yes to yourself even when you're not sure you can.

💜Jen Matzke — HR Leader; After decades of leading and caregiving, Jen hit empty. What followed wasn't dramatic — it was quiet, and far braver. Her reminder: rest is not weakness. You don't need the whole staircase. Just the next honest step.

💜Erin Mackbee — Baker, Business Owner, and Community Partner; Erin has learned what it means to live and lead without shrinking. Her message is for anyone who's ever apologized for wanting more: show up fully, unapologetically as yourself.

Three women. Vastly different stories. Each one defied the odds, made life-changing pivots, and chose to believe in themselves even when it was hard.

Their stories aren't about titles or power. They're about impact, vulnerability, and the courage to show up as yourself.

There’s a unique kind of power that shows up when women support women.

Not because women are all the same. Not because of stereotypes. But because many women have developed strengths that are invaluable in leadership, business, and life: collaboration, empathy, communication, relationship-building, intuition, resilience, and the ability to see potential in others.

These aren't "soft skills." They're leadership skills.

When we share knowledge instead of gatekeeping it, advocate for each other in rooms where decisions are made, offer honest feedback, celebrate wins, and create space for others to grow, we don't just help one person succeed—we strengthen entire teams, organizations, and communities.

We believe some of the most powerful transformations happen when women come together, share their strengths, and help each other step into what's next.

There's something that happens when women come together to learn.

A new Wharton study confirmed what many of us already know: when women are in spaces where they feel truly safe, they open up. They share their stories, their fears, their wins. They cheer each other on, swap resources, and show up for one another in ways that change everything.

Women learning together in all-women environments were nearly three times more likely to land a job after completing their training. Not because they had better teachers, but because they had each other.

That's the power of community, trust, and women saying: I've got you. 💜

Who's a woman who has helped you learn or grow? Tag her or share in the comments.
