Complete Hearing Solutions recently installed a room hearing loop at St. Finbarr Church in Naples, Florida.

The system connects directly with compatible hearing aids and cochlear implants, making it easier for parishioners with hearing loss to hear Mass, readings, announcements, and other spoken audio throughout the church.

Hearing loops are a practical option for houses of worship because listeners with compatible devices can access the sound without needing to pick up a separate receiver or headset.

Service counters and windows are an infamous hearing challenge for the hard of hearing, as hearing aids & implants notoriously "fail" in busy, public encounters where background noise creates a confusing mix of sounds which drowns out the one voice they need to hear.

The primary solution has been person-to-person hearing loops, which hearing aid & implant users connect to via their "T-coil" receiver.

But connectivity to hearing aids & implants is now expanding: Auracast™ receivers will increasingly be added to them in years to come. The future of hearing aids & implants is a dual-receiver world, with devices containing both T-coil and Auracast™ receivers.

The new Auraloop+ person-to-person assistive listening device is a hybrid device designed to maximize future hearing aid & implant compatibility at service points by picking up the service representative's speech and transmitting it to both types of receivers.

Future compatibility is now solved. This hybrid solution removes the impact of background noise and makes conversations easier to understand for everyone with hearing aids, no matter what receiver they choose to use.

Another venue made more accessible.

Complete Hearing Solutions recently installed an assistive listening system (ALS) at Mustang Recreation, the newest recreation center in The Villages, Florida's Friendliest Hometown.

This marks another milestone in our work throughout The Villages, where we’ve now added assistive listening systems to more than 25 venues.

These systems help people with hearing loss hear more clearly and stay connected during meetings, activities, presentations, and community events.
