I just turned 30 earlier this month, and I knew I wanted a cake that felt extra special for the occasion.

The vision? A vintage-style cake with a very specific (and slightly crazy) request: a Bad Bunny lyric quote from EoO with my business branding colors 🤪

and honstly, slayed and made ny vision come true!

Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful, but it was also delicious. Honestly, I had the hardest time cutting into it because I loved how it turned out! Too pretty to cutttt 😩

Thank you for taking my idea and making it even better than I imagined. You helped make such a special milestone birthday feel even more memorable.

When I purchased my VA Fest Live ticket back in November 2025, I knew I was excited.

What I didn’t know was how much I needed this experience.

As my first conference as an entrepreneur, I walked into the room with an open mind, ready to learn, connect, and receive whatever lessons were meant for me.

What I found was so much more than education.

I found a room full of women who were welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping one another grow. I never once felt intimidated or out of place. Instead, I felt comfortable enough to ask questions, be vulnerable, share my experiences, and connect with people I had just met.

One of the biggest things VA Fest Live gave me was perspective.

It showed me how much I still want to grow as an entrepreneur, but it also showed me how far I’ve already come. Sometimes we get so focused on the next goal that we forget to recognize the progress we’ve already made.

I left feeling inspired, encouraged, and incredibly grateful.

To every woman I met, every speaker who shared their knowledge, and everyone who helped create this experience, thank you for making my first conference one I’ll never forget. 💜

Sometimes the biggest difference isn’t working harder, it’s creating systems that make your day-to-day easier.

Here are 3 simple ways to make your business feel more manageable:

✨ Create a “waiting on” list.
Instead of mentally tracking follow-ups, keep one running list of clients, invoices, approvals, and responses you’re waiting on.

✨ Keep a decision document.
Every time you make a recurring business decision (pricing, processes, client boundaries, content standards), document it. Future you won’t have to reinvent the wheel.

✨ Audit recurring tasks quarterly.
If you’ve done the same task more than 3 times, ask yourself: Can this be templated, automated, delegated, or eliminated?

A smooth-running business isn’t built on hustle alone. It’s built on support, structure, and consistency. 🤍
