✨ The Reveal: Johanna’s New Beginning ✨

Move-in day is always one of our favorite moments, and today we’re sharing the beautiful reveal of Johanna’s new home at Valleverde. ❤️

After carefully packing, sorting, moving, and thoughtfully placing every item, we had the joy of walking Johanna through her new space. From the kitchen to the bedroom and living areas, everything was arranged with intention to help her feel comfortable, settled, and at home from day one.

Seeing the relief, excitement, and happiness on a client’s face when they realize they don’t have to do it alone is exactly why we do what we do. While the inside is complete, we’re putting the finishing touches on the outdoor patio and adding beautiful plants to make the space feel even more welcoming.

After years of estate cleanouts and senior downsizing, we can honestly say…you never know what you’re going to find behind a closet door, tucked in a garage, or hidden in a drawer.

One thing we occasionally come across? Fi****ms like handguns and rifles.

So what is the safest way to handle these situations during an estate sale or cleanout process? 👉🏼 The first step is always checking with the homeowner or heirs to determine ownership and next steps. From there, we strongly recommend contacting your local sheriff’s non-emergency line or working with a licensed fi****ms dealer for proper guidance and safe handling.

Please don’t attempt to transport or handle unfamiliar weapons yourself. Safety always comes first.
