For years, enterprise data platforms were designed primarily for human analysts and dashboard-driven consumption. AI agents require a different foundation, one that provides machine-readable meaning, connected identities, timely information, trust signals, and governed access.

The enterprise data foundation now needs to support a new consumer: the AI agent.

Having worked with clients to successfully build and scale AI readiness for agents across the board, we’re sharing with you the secret sauce.

As a part of our hashtag special series, we bring you a new on .

The AI-first software world still runs on old-school engineering discipline.

Narayanan Jayaratchagan, Application Engineering Leader at Tiger Analytics, brought this message to students from SRMIST Vadapalani, Sathyabama University and Bharath University.

In his session with the Department of CSE and IEEE Computer Society Student Chapter, Narayan explored strong design principles, architectural thinking and the discipline to build systems that are reliable and ready to scale in an AI first world.

The tools may be changing fast. The fundamentals matter more than ever.

Some conversations stick with you well after they end. A few highlights from when L'Oréal's global leadership team visited Tiger Analytics:

- Finance leaders already have more cross-functional signals than they use. The conversation kept circling back to turning those signals into real-time action.
- Agents are ready for enterprise-scale work today, and the harder question is picking where to deploy them, across data, support, or role-specific decisions.
- Revenue growth and supply chain teams often solve the same problem from opposite ends. AI is what finally connects the two.
- Every new AI use case built on a weak foundation adds technical debt, and modular architecture is needed to make growth sustainable.

It was also a marker of how much the L'Oréal x Tiger Center of Excellence has matured, as AI moves deeper into daily workflows and decisions.

Thank you to the L'Oréal leaders who spent the day digging into these ideas with us.

We’re delighted that founders, Mahesh Kumar, and Pradeep Gulipalli, feature in the AIM 100: India’s Most Influential People Shaping AI in 2026.

The recognition comes at an interesting juncture in India’s AI journey, as the conversation moves decisively from what AI can do to what organizations can actually build, deploy and scale with it. It’s a shift that mirrors Tiger Analytics’s own evolution arc. As we traverse our road to 15 years, this recognition serves as a meaningful marker of how far we’ve come, and how we’re poised to scale new heights.

Congratulations, Mahesh and Pradeep. This recognition truly reflects the collective accomplishments of the entire , and we’re only just getting started.

Here’s to many more collective leaps as we continue to make history and shape India’s AI trajectory.

Our Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru offices went full tricolour for Independence Day, with ethnic wear, flowers, balloons, and an Incredible India Quiz to bring everyone together. 🇮🇳

This year’s quiz took on the 2020s: space missions, tech milestones, and the pop culture questions that turned out to be the hardest of the lot. There was cheering, a few confidently wrong answers, and plenty of spirited debate along the way.

By the end, the sweets were gone, the photos were taken, and the quiz had given everyone something to talk about. ✨

Some things are best settled across a table. Like who’s actually competitive, who talks a big game and who backs it up.

All of that played out at our annual Table Tennis Tournament in Bengaluru, as the stepped away from deadlines and dashboards for a day. What started with a few serves turned into close matches, loud cheers, friendly rivalries and, in some cases, a sudden discovery of just how competitive our colleagues can be.

The brought the energy, while our volunteers kept everything moving behind the scenes, from schedules to match days. 🏓

By the end of the day, there were winners and plenty of stories to take back to work.

Revisiting PyConf Hyderabad 2026, when we got our share of Py fresh off Pi Day and dove deep into what it really takes to build systems that hold up in production.

Conversations ranged from scaling and reliability to hands-on
problem-solving. Our sessions on optimization systems and
Dagster pipelines, led by Chakravarthy Ch and Manoj Ampolu,
sparked great back-and-forth with the audience, and the booth
conversations kept the momentum going.

A big shout-out to everyone who stopped by and engaged with us!

Revisiting a great afternoon in New York, sharing insights
alongside AWS.

Thank you to everyone who joined our session on open data
architectures powered by Apache Iceberg. As organizations build scalable, AI-ready data platforms, one theme came through clearly: advanced AI capabilities depend entirely on the strength and interoperability of the data foundation beneath them.

We enjoyed connecting with technology leaders, exchanging
perspectives on modern data strategy, and discussing how to
derive long-term value from data ecosystems.

A sincere thanks to our partners at AWS for co-hosting, and to all attendees for the active dialogue and shared experiences.
