You don’t need to be an expert to start growing.

At F@B, our Virtual Professionals don’t learn AI alone. Every Monday, during our VP Implementation Monday Meeting, one of our VPs shares AI learnings, practical tips, or real workflow examples with the community.

It’s one of the ways we give back to each other.

Because every AI discovery, no matter how simple, can help another VP work smarter, serve clients better, and grow with more confidence.

Today, we celebrate more than an act of generosity—we celebrate a heart that reflects the very best of who we strive to be at F@B.

As another school year approaches, many families face the challenge of providing the basic supplies their children need to start the year prepared and confident. For some of these children, a new school backpack is not something that can easily fit within the family's budget, despite how essential it is for their education.

Seeing this need, our VP, Gizelle, chose to make a difference. She personally purchased and distributed brand-new school backpacks to children in her community, helping ease the burden on their families and ensuring these young students can head back to school with pride, confidence, and excitement.

While the backpacks themselves are practical gifts, what they truly represent is even more meaningful: encouragement, hope, and the reminder that someone cares about their future.

"My heart is full. I am so blessed to be in F@B that's why I was able to do this good deed."

Those words beautifully capture the spirit of gratitude and generosity that make our F@B community so special. When we are blessed, we have the opportunity to become a blessing to others—and Gizelle has done exactly that.

Her kindness embodies what it means to be a truly F@Bulous person: someone who spreads joy, uplifts others, and creates a positive impact far beyond what can be measured.

Before every client meeting, open AI and ask:

"I'm supporting a business owner in [industry]. They're currently struggling with [challenge]. Ask me one question at a time to help me prepare for our upcoming meeting and identify the most important issue to discuss."

That's it.

Most Virtual Assistants prepare by reviewing tasks.
