At a recent site visit to the Baltimore City Health Department, the 1st Choice team had the opportunity to see our associates making a meaningful impact through compassionate, patient-centered care.

One associate was observed assisting patients as a phlebotomist, helping take blood pressure readings while ensuring each individual felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Both associates are Afro-Latina bilingual professionals who speak fluent Spanish, allowing them to connect with and support a diverse patient population with care, understanding, and clear communication.

We are proud to partner with professionals who reflect the communities they serve and continue to strengthen the quality of care delivered every day.
