Zuleika Perry shared how much the Grady Games meant to her this year — the connection, the teamwork, and the pure fun of coming together across communities. She said the Games reminded her how strong the Grady family really is and how energizing it is to step outside the day‑to‑day and just enjoy each other. Her enthusiasm captured exactly what this event is all about.
"Grady Games was such an amazing experience. I really appreciated being able to share knowledge and work alongside leasing consultants and leasing managers who aspire to be in my position. It meant a lot hearing their takeaways from me, while also learning from them and working together to successfully complete the challenges as a team.
I also loved that ACMs were included this year; it made the experience even more meaningful and collaborative.
On a fun note, I was excited to win 2nd place for best dressed! I truly enjoy a good theme, so I had a great time putting my look together.
