We are excited to announce that SFV Services has officially begun construction on the new Turquoise Wine Bar in Cypress, Texas. In addition to leading construction efforts, our team is proud to provide the architecture and design services that will help bring this vision to life. From concept to completion, this project reflects the collaborative approach and attention to detail that we value in every partnership.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue working alongside the Turquoise team and look forward to delivering a space that will become a standout destination in the community. We would also like to recognize and thank our internal divisions, Roark Design and COGO, for their hard work and collaboration throughout the planning and development process. About a year ago, SFV Services engaged with Midwest Shooting Center to explore how we could support their development goals. Today, we’re excited to see construction well underway on their new location in Mishawaka, Indiana.

We are grateful to Midwest Shooting Center for placing their trust in SFV to provide integrated design, development, and construction services, and we look forward to the continued progress on this project.

Ryan Hufnagel has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of SFV Services. With over 20 years of experience leading businesses, operations, and strategic growth initiatives, Ryan brings a rare blend of operator instincts, investor perspective, and a builder's mindset to the role. Throughout his career, he has directed companies, business units, systems, and special projects across multiple verticals.

As COO, Ryan will lead operations and growth across SFV's portfolio of companies, applying a systems-first approach to drive alignment, scalability, and performance, while laying the groundwork to acquire and integrate additional verticals as the platform expands.

We want to thank Ryan for his dedication, vision, and work ethic. We're excited to see him step into this expanded role as Chief Operating Officer of SFV Services.

Development at the Historic District site near the Little White Chapel and Palm Harbor Hall continues to take shape, and it’s rewarding to see this meaningful vision becoming reality.
