We are pleased to announce that Mariana DeLobato has been selected as part of the 40 Under Forty Class of 2026.
Her strong belief in FPI’s mission is evident in her daily leadership, her commitment to supporting her team, and her ability to drive meaningful impact. This recognition reflects her outstanding contributions and achievements, and we extend our heartfelt congratulations on this well-deserved honor.
As Mariana shared, “This award represents the intersection of purpose and impact. The work we do at FPI allows the institutions we serve to operate with strength, stability, and scale.
It’s a reminder that what we build and deliver extends far beyond our organization, supporting a broader system that powers agriculture, businesses, and communities. That responsibility, along with the opportunity to actively contribute across our region and state, whether through animal welfare or mentoring future leaders, energizes me and makes me proud to be part of it.
If you can’t tell, I’m incredibly proud of the work we do and the people I get to do it with. FPI is a place where you can do meaningful, mission-driven work and where we continue to evolve, mature, and expand, creating opportunities to grow and challenge yourself along the way. Feel free to reach out or check us out—I’m always happy to talk about FPI.”
We celebrated this milestone with her snack of choice: ice cream sandwiches. The real highlight was taking a moment to acknowledge everything she brings to our team and the communities we serve.
