We’re honored to support Project Lemonade, an incredible nonprofit in Portland that provides free clothing, shoes, school supplies, and other essentials to youth in foster care, helping them shop with dignity and confidence.

We were introduced to Project Lemonade through Dina Meindl and the team at Let’s Talk Shop! Portland, where Gail Andersen shared more about the organization's mission. After learning about the incredible work they're doing, we were proud to donate Triad water bottles for youth visiting their store.

Seeing our water bottles on the shelves, ready to go home with students during back-to-school shopping, made this one especially meaningful for our team.

When kids enter foster care, something as simple as a brand new backpack, a pair of shoes, or even a reusable water bottle can make a difference.

Thank you to everyone at Project Lemonade for the work you do every day.

If you’re looking for an organization making a real difference, Project Lemonade is one worth supporting. 💛

We’re recognizing Darren Marty, EVP of Customer Experience, for more than 23 years with Triad.

Since joining Triad in 2002, Darren has played an essential role in how we build relationships, support customers, and present our capabilities to the market. He leads the Sales team while also overseeing Marketing and Customer Service, giving him a unique view of the entire customer journey, from the first introduction to ongoing support long after a project is complete.

Darren helps connect what our customers are asking for with the teams responsible for bringing those ideas to life. He works closely across departments to make sure our messaging is accurate, our sales teams have the right tools and information, and our customers receive a consistent experience at every stage. Whether he is guiding a customer conversation, reviewing a new sales resource, supporting a trade show initiative, or helping the team think through how we communicate Triad’s capabilities, his input touches nearly every part of the customer experience.

His role is especially important because he understands both the relationship side of the business and the operational realities behind the work. That perspective helps ensure we are not just making promises, but communicating clearly, setting the right expectations, and building partnerships that last.

Over the past 23+ years, Darren’s leadership, experience, and commitment to our customers have made a lasting impact on Triad’s growth and reputation. Thank you, Darren, for everything you do to support our customers, our teams, and the continued success of Triad.

Does your workplace give out free vegetables? 🥒 Ours does.
Earlier this year, employees came together to build our first Community Garden, creating a space that honors longtime Triad team member Isaac Sabbagh while bringing fresh produce to employees all summer long.

This summer, employees have taken home fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, green beans, green peppers, banana peppers, jalapeños and serrano peppers straight from the garden.

As Beth Arrowood, who organized the project, put it:

"It's amazing to see what grows when a community comes together with a little sunshine, a lot of hard work, and plenty of care."

She also shared:

"The garden is doing more than growing vegetables. It's bringing a little summer fun to the workplace, encouraging employee engagement, and giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy fresh, homegrown produce."

Thank you to Beth and every employee who helped build, plant, water, w**d and harvest. It's a reminder that sometimes the best workplace perks are the ones you grow together!

Triad works with some of the biggest brands in the world and executes at scale. But working with us doesn’t feel like working with a big company. Small teams. Personal attention. Real accountability. Each account feels like they’re working with a small business. Every customer feels like they’re our only customer. That’s the difference of being 100% employee-owned. We all act like owners because we are.

Meet Ellen Watson, Installation Manager at Triad Manufacturing.
For more than 25 years, Ellen has helped make sure Triad projects are installed accurately and consistently in the field.
As Installation Manager, Ellen leads the team that coordinates fixture installations across rollouts, remodels, trade shows, prototypes, and more. Her team works directly with installation crews, coordinates project requirements, documents photo needs, and helps make sure crews have the information they need before installation begins.
She brings the kind of experience that helps teams anticipate challenges before they reach the field. She understands how our departments, installation crews, customers, and project requirements connect, helping keep complex installations coordinated and moving forward.
For our customers, that means smoother installations, clearer communication, stronger follow-through, and a team committed to getting the details right.
Thank you, Ellen, for more than 25 years of leadership and dedication to helping Triad deliver for our customers. We're lucky to have you!

International Self-Care Day is observed every year on July 24 as a reminder that caring for your physical, mental and emotional health matters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Self-care looks different for everyone.

Some days it is rest. Some days it is movement. Some days it is drinking more water, stepping outside and giving yourself a minute to reset.

Small habits can make a big difference. Take a walk. Stay hydrated. Prioritize rest. Step away from screens. Reach out to the people who make you feel supported.

Self-care does not have to be complicated.
Sometimes it starts with taking care of what you need, one small choice at a time.

Kevin Brown, Warehouse and Logistic Operations Manager joined Triad in 1998 and has been part of the company’s growth for nearly 28 years.

Over that time, Triad has grown tremendously, and Kevin has played a major role in one of the most critical parts of our operation: making sure everything keeps moving.

Today, Kevin helps lead the warehouse and logistics side of the business, overseeing the flow of materials, finished products, inventory, shipments and day-to-day coordination that support customer programs across the country.

His work touches nearly every project in some way. Before a fixture reaches a store, before a rollout arrives on site, before a customer sees the finished result, there is a huge amount of planning, staging, tracking, packing, loading and problem-solving happening behind the scenes.

That is where Kevin and his team come in.

Triad’s warehouse and logistics operation is built for scale, with millions of square feet of space, high-volume daily shipments, inventory tracking, restocking support and the coordination needed to keep national retail programs moving on schedule.

It is not always the most visible part of the process, but it is one of the most important.

Kevin’s leadership, consistency and experience help turn finished work into delivered work. His team helps make sure the quality, care and effort that go into every project carry all the way through to the customer.

For nearly 28 years, Kevin has helped Triad grow, adapt and keep moving forward.

Thank you, Kevin, for your dedication, leadership and the impact you continue to make across Triad.

One connected process means fewer handoffs, less waiting on outside vendors and more control over the final result.

At Triad, wood, metal, laser cutting, powder coating, and 3D laminating are not separate conversations. They are part of one coordinated process, built by teams who actually talk to each other.

Because the fastest way to solve a production problem is to have the right people in the same building.

Retail timelines move fast. Our process is built to keep up.
