SEPTEMBER WRAP-UP: Termites, spiders, and yellowjackets kept us busy this month — right alongside the usual ants and rodents.

Yesterday was National Sons Day. I am so proud of my oldest. He has such a good heart and I believe God is going to do mighty things through him. He has just joined the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Explorer Program. His dream is to become a K-9 Officer. Love you Son

Ant colonies don't just disappear when summer ends — many keep foraging indoors well into fall, chasing warmth and moisture.

We treat at the colony level so the problem doesn't just come back in a week. If you're still seeing trails, let's take care of it before winter.

As nights cool down, rodents move from "scouting" to "moving in." The entry points they've been eyeing all summer become their winter front door.

Check your foundation, vents, and garage door seal this week. Sealing it now is a lot easier than evicting them in December.

It’s National Daughters Day! I am so I love with my baby girl. She is so beautiful and she brings me so much joy and happiness. She’s growing too fast.

FUN FACT: Dampwood termite colonies are much smaller than subterranean ones — often just a few thousand, and usually contained to a single stump, woodpile, or wood-to-soil contact point.

Good news: caught early, they're one of the easier termite problems to resolve.

Have a blessed weekend!

Good pest control isn't just spraying what you can see — it's understanding why the pest showed up in the first place.

Moisture, food, shelter, an open gap — every pest has a reason for being there. We look at the whole home, not just the symptom.

Stewardship starts with paying attention. That's how I try to treat every property.

Happy first day of fall! "To everything there is a season" (Ecclesiastes 3:1) — and this one brings its own pest patterns worth watching for as temperatures drop.

Spiders, yellowjackets, rodents, ants — all shifting behavior as the weather turns. We're ready for whatever the season brings your way.
