E-Building Concepts is proud to present this one of a kind 3D printed ADU home design. Cost to build (depending on your area) is $99,000. It has 400 SF 1 bed 1 full bath and a 3D printed outdoor living area with bar and integrated seating area. Solar panels would be included in the one-story version. To opt out of the solar panels, the lofted version has an additional 140 SF of space that can be used for 2 additional twin beds. This version can also sleep up to 6 adults. These 3D printed homes feature integrated planters and rounded corners to the walls adding a pleasing aesthetic to the design along with structural integrity to the building.

As a proud father, I give thanks to the most high that I can finally check off a bucket list item. I always wished I could march in a MLK Parade one day in my life. Thank you, my son, crowned “King of Upward Bound USF,” for making that happen. I felt as if I had reached my own mountain top.

I dedicate this video to my children Devlon, Monqueal, Javion, and Akeira. I love you all and hope to make each one of you proud just as much as I am of you.

E-Building Concepts is proud to have entered ICON's Initiative 99 design contest with our project code named Project Cornerstone. With this design we want to demonstrate our ability to take any design from sketch on paper, to 3D computer model, to 3D rapid prototyping for analysis testing and fitment. A diorama is being created to validate how a community of tiny homes could look with our 400 SF ADU/Tiny Home concept. Whatever design ideas you may have, let us help you bring them to life.
