12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS...
It’s that time of the year!!
For those of you who are new to following me, every year in December I put myself and my clients through a workout named
“12 Days of Christmas”.
I will list everything below but:
- Pick a challenging weight for each station
- Set a timer for 30 min
- Complete as many rounds as possible.
12: Barbell Squats
11: Kettlebell Swings
10: Mountain Climbers (10 each leg)
9: Dumbbell Rows
8: Dumbbell Reverse Lunges (4 each leg)
7: Dumbbell Shoulder Press
6: Dumbbell Reverse Flys
5: Push-ups
4: Bosu Ball Burpees w/ a Front Raise
3: Dumbbell side raises
2: Man Makers
1: 1 minute plank
