Born and raised in Lille, France, Chef Anthony brings more than 20 years of culinary experience and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences to South Coast Winery Resort & Spa.

Classically trained in French cuisine, his style blends traditional techniques with modern creativity, seasonal ingredients, and the flavors of Temecula Wine Country.

Before joining South Coast, Chef Anthony led acclaimed kitchens in California and Texas and was featured as Executive Chef on Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa, where he created more than 150 dishes.

Now, he’s bringing his experience and creativity to South Coast, crafting dishes designed to pair beautifully with our award-winning wines. 🍷✨
