Built for Big Moments — and Bigger Meaning ✨🏟️

For the Opening & Closing Ceremonies of the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games at Huntington Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN, our team was honored to help bring the stage to life with bold scenic elements designed for scale, movement, and celebration.

A sweeping proscenium arch wrapped in vibrant graphics and custom icons framed the stage, turning it into a true focal point across the stadium. The athlete entry bridge created a powerful pathway into the moment, connecting the crowd to every entrance with purpose and energy.

From printed graphics and scenic wraps to carpeted pathways, stage finishes, and lighting integration, every detail was built to support an experience that’s larger than the event itself.

When the stage carries this much meaning, every detail matters.

The Front of House Gets the Applause. Backstage Deserves the Same Attention. ✨

Guests see the stage, the scenic, and the finished experience. What they don't see is everything happening behind the curtain to make it all work seamlessly.

For us, backstage should be just as clean, organized, and intentional as what's out front. From neatly managed equipment zones and hidden access points to carefully masked technical areas and pristine drapery lines, every detail matters—even the ones the audience never sees.

These photos show both sides of the story: a beautiful scenic environment on stage and the carefully planned support spaces behind it. When the backstage is as immaculate as the show floor, crews move more efficiently, presenters feel more prepared, and the entire event runs smoother.

Because great events aren't just built for what the audience sees—they're built for everything happening behind the scenes, too.

Built to Perform. Installed With Care. ✨

A great stage doesn't just support the event—it respects the venue beneath it.

Whether we're building on grass, ballroom carpet, convention center floors, or the field level of a football stadium, our team takes care to protect every surface while creating a safe, polished, and professional platform above. From load distribution and floor protection to careful installation and removal, every stage is built with both the event and the venue in mind.

These photos from State Farm Stadium show the transformation in progress—from an empty stadium floor to a finished presentation environment complete with custom finishes, LED accents, and clean architectural lines.

Because our job isn't just to build the stage. It's to leave the venue in the same condition we found it while creating an experience your audience won't forget.

Built Here. Delivered Anywhere. 🚚✨

Large scenic builds like this start right in our shop—fabricated, assembled, and checked piece by piece to make sure everything comes together exactly as intended.

Once it’s ready, we prep, crate, and ship it out—moving full‑scale scenic elements safely across the country to where they need to be. In this case: Minneapolis, MN for a stadium‑scale event.

From shop floor to show site, it’s all about precision, planning, and making sure every piece arrives ready to perform.

Because no matter the size—or the distance—we’ve got it covered.

Where the Glow Actually Happens ✨

Before anything hits show site, it starts right here—wiring, testing, aligning, and fine‑tuning every detail that makes scenic come to life.

From LED runs tucked behind letters to hidden lighting integrated into walls, this is the stage where we make sure everything glows the way it’s supposed to. Clean installs, even spacing, smooth coverage—because once the lights come up, there’s nowhere to hide.

What looks effortless on site is the result of careful prep in the shop.
This is how we make things pop.

Stepping Back in Time — One Layer at a Time ⚓✨

For this event at the Hotel del Coronado, our goal was to transform a modern ballroom into a space that felt like it belonged to another era.

From brick textures and pier pilings wrapped in rope to antique pulleys, lanterns, and vintage props, every scenic element helped build the story.

Even the lighting positions were dressed in scenic finishes, blending seamlessly into the environment instead of standing out.

Layered soft goods in rich tones framed the space, while textures, materials, and details worked together to create depth and authenticity from floor to ceiling.

It’s not just about what’s on stage—it’s about creating a world your audience can step into.

Bringing the Desert Indoors 🌵✨

Sometimes the most impactful scenic element isn’t a wall—it’s what’s growing around it.

For this setup, our team created a full desert‑inspired plant installation, complete with custom planter boxes, decorative gravel, sand, and a wide variety of faux desert plants. These elements became a key focal point of the stage, adding texture, depth, and a grounded, natural feel to the entire environment.

Layered with warm lighting and clean scenic finishes, the plants helped soften the space and create a setting that felt immersive, intentional, and uniquely tied to the surroundings.
It’s a great example of how scenic doesn’t always have to be built up—sometimes it comes to life from the ground.

Clean, Layered, and Built to Glow ✨

For this general session at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, our team created a clean scenic environment with subtle layers that let lighting and content do the heavy lifting.

A continuous upstage wall and flanking elements wrapped the room, while backlit dimensional lettering added just the right amount of depth and definition to the brand moment. Soft textures, smooth finishes, and integrated lighting created a backdrop that could shift with every cue—keeping the stage dynamic without overcomplicating the design.

Finished with a polished stage and full room masking, the entire space was built to feel intentional from every seat.

When scenic, lighting, and content work together like this, the result speaks for itself.

It’s Not Just a Stage — It’s the Finish That Sets It Apart ✨

Anyone can place staging. What makes the difference is how it’s finished.

For this setup at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ, our team transformed raw decking into a clean, seamless presentation with carpeted surfaces, crisp edges, and smooth transitions from stage to thrust.

From the curved front to the stair runs and extended stage sections, every line was dialed in to feel intentional, polished, and ready for show lighting. Because when the stage is this visible, every detail matters.

The structure gets you there.
The finish makes it shine.

Big Impact — No Matter the Distance ✨

Even a clean, minimal scenic look deserves full attention and careful handling. For this project at the Ga***rd Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, CO, we fabricated a sleek painted scenic wall, crated it with care, and handled one‑way trucking to get it safely across state lines and show‑ready on arrival.

Whether it’s a large‑scale build or a simple, refined scenic element, we make sure it’s protected, transported, and delivered with the same level of precision every time.
Small footprint. Strong presence.

From our shop to your venue—no matter the state.
