Discipline is one of the factor to reach your goal and be successful.

Just like when you want to achieve your ideal healthy weight. You gotta sacrifice, discipline yourself, focus and keep going no matter how challenging the journey is.

And for me…i choose this as my lunch because I want to stay healthy so i can take care my family❤️🙂.
