It's not a pleasant question.

But it's one worth thinking about.

For many families, one missed paycheck could mean delayed bills, canceled plans, or difficult financial decisions.

I used to believe that working harder was the only answer.

Take more shifts.Work overtime.Sacrifice weekends.Miss family time.

Not because I wanted to quit nursing.

I still love caring for people.

The world is changing.
