AI gave you an answer. That doesn’t mean your job is done.

AI can surface information, identify patterns, and make recommendations. But it’s still up to us to question what we’re given, consider what might be missing, and decide whether the answer actually makes sense in context.

As AI becomes more capable, human judgment doesn’t get phased out. It becomes more important. The best leaders won’t just know how to use AI. They’ll know when to question it.

Most leadership problems don’t start as big problems. They look like another meeting that didn’t need to happen. A decision that took a little too long. A conversation that got pushed to next week. A good employee quietly picking up the slack.

Everything still works. It’s fine. But “fine” has a way of adding up.

Working through real business challenges, practicing new skills through role-play, and learning alongside peers from other industries gave her the opportunity to apply what she was learning and feel more confident as a leader.
