We are excited to announce that the Improving Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) - Getting Further Faster project for our client BPSOS Center for Community Advancement, Inc. has come to a close. This project was sponsored by the CDC, and administered by ASTHO (Association of State and Territorial Health Officials) and National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). We are grateful to be a part of this retrospective evaluation project working with BPSOS-CCA, , , , and the REACH Healthy Work Environment Coalition.
