We are very excited for our first free Raising the Bar session of the summer! Next Tuesday, July 9, the Joysten Group LLC will lead an introduction to strategic planning class. This interactive lunch and learn will be led by experienced nonprofit consultants and offer three guided activities. In this session you will work in small groups to get to know one another, explore internal and external factors using the SWOT worksheet, and learn the Logic Model to help your team make a customized strategic plan. With plenty of time for questions and assistance from our presenters, you will leave feeling confident and equipped with the tools you need to better manage your organization.
