CREW Tucson CREW Tucson is southern Arizona's CREW chapter - dedicated to advancing the success and development of women in commercial real estate.

CREW Tucson is a non-profit organization of commercial real estate professionals affiliated nationally through membership in CREW Network, providing opportunities for networking, education, leadership development and civic involvement CREW.Tucson promotes the highest standards of ethics and integrity and seeks to influence positively the direction of Tucson. CREW Tucson was formed in August, 2002

and has grown in a few years to over seventy members. Our members are from varied disciplines, including sales and leasing, property management, finance, appraisal, project development, investment, law, and consulting, title and property insurance, engineering and environmental services. We have monthly meetings on the third Thursday of the month -- luncheon meetings with top speakers are interspersed with field trips and social events. We are a chapter of the CREW Network which is the premier resource and referral network for the commercial real estate industry. The core purpose of CREW is to advance the success of women in commercial real estate.

Laura Snyder is the Executive Director of Performance Excellence for Raytheon's Naval Power unit, motivational speaker and leadership coach. With 20+ years at Raytheon and Northrop Grumman, she's led complex defense programs for the U.S. and allies. She's also founder of Culture Focused Leaders, coaching teams to build high-performing cultures. In her spare time, Laura is an IRONMAN triathlete. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️

Melissa Holt is the CEO of Ambrell Realty, where she oversees the commercial division handling office, retail, and industrial leasing and sales, alongside residential services throughout Arizona. She also co-owns Guide Relocation, serving as Designated Broker and President of Client Services. Melissa began her real estate career in 2018 as an Executive Assistant before moving into sales and leadership. She is focused on building a client-centered organization where every real estate decision is made with strategy and long-term goals in mind. Serving as an advocate and ambassador for her clients and Southern Arizona’s growth is central to her mission.

Chief Monica Prieto leads the Tucson Police Department, the largest law enforcement agency in Southern Arizona. A Tucson native, she joined TPD in 1999 and rose through Patrol, Narcotics, Internal Affairs, and Investigations before becoming Chief in February 2026. With 26+ years of service, she's committed to modern, accountable policing and developing the next generation of officers.
